EARLY-STAGE PROJECT · IN DEVELOPMENT

Privacy & contact

Impossible Hires is an early-stage project run by Nikema Prophet.

The current interest forms

Interest collection is not open. The talent and hiring forms create local drafts only. They do not send your form details to Impossible Hires, add you to a waitlist, or publish a profile.

Draft fields remain in the current page until you reload or reopen the form. If you choose to copy or download a draft, that copy is kept by your clipboard or device, under your control.

Website hosting

The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes the technical requests needed to serve it. We have not added third-party analytics or advertising trackers. See Vercel’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Contact the founder

For questions or requests about information you have shared directly with us, email hello@impossiblehires.com. Emailing us is separate from the local forms and shares your message and address with us through our email service.

Before collection opens

We will update this notice and the forms before accepting interest submissions, including how information is used, retained and deleted. Contact permission will cover founder follow-up. Sharing a candidate’s profile or making an introduction will require their separate permission.
